Effective December 1, 2020, the Court Fees for filings in Bankruptcy Court increased.  The following is a summary of Bankruptcy Court Fee changes:

Initial Court Filing Fee due when a Bankruptcy Case is filed

• Chapter 7                                                        $338   
• Chapter 13                                                      $313

Conversion Fee due when converting from one chapter to another

• Chapter 7 to Chapter 12 or 13                       none
• Chapter 12 to Chapter 7                                 $60
• Chapter 13 to Chapter 7                                 $25

Motion to Reopen Fee due when seeking reopen a closed Bankruptcy Case.

• Chapter 7                                                        $260
• Chapter 13                                                      $235

Fee to Split a Joint Bankruptcy Case.

• Chapter 7                                                        $338
• Chapter 13                                                      $313

Fee to add a creditor.                                         $32

Motion for Relief of Stay                                   $188

Motion to Compel Abandonment                    $188

Adversary Proceeding Fee                                $350

• No fee to the Debtor to file an Adversary
